I feel you because I too was there
I was sleep deprived, exhausted, overwhelmed, anxious and finding myself wanting to crawl back under the covers and dopamine seek with chocolate and Netflix. Everything felt hard. even doing fun things with friends and family felt exhausting and like just another chore.
Until I found somatic healing and emotional processing, healed my past emotional patterns and triggers, worked on regulating my nervous system and got myself out of a survival response.

My anxiety subsided, my major triggers were no longer a thing and I got back my enjoyment of life, my family, my marriage and friends.
​
The best thing is, it's not all about adding more: more habits, more self care, more manifesting, more journaling.
When you are overwhelmed, these things feel like just another thing to add to the never ending to-do list.
That's when I realised, I can do LESS and have MORE in my life.

There is another way.....
First we start with emotional processing and embodiment practices to process the trapped emotions and energies that are keeping you stuck in old patterns, creating triggers and informing your life views and limiting beliefs.
Once these are processed , everything becomes so much easier without
relying on self control and will.
ONLY then do we focus adding in small habits, routines and practices that then enhance your day rather than adding to the overwhelm.

About Me
Hi my name is Steph, I'm a Mum of 2 young daughters and wife to my husband of 15 years. I love fashion, interiors, podcasts and binge-watching my favourite shows.
3 years ago I was drowning in Motherhood, anxious and overwhelmed. I had lost myself, my personality and self-worth and all joy for life. Everything felt hard. I felt lazy and unmotivated and even previously fun activities like seeing friends felt too hard and exhausting.

Then I found a process to heal my emotional blocks, patterns and limiting beliefs.
​
Suddenly, all those little things that would trigger, overwhelm me and bring on anxiety no longer triggered me in that way!
​
It was truly life changing!
​
From then on I was able to come out of the fog, get back into healthier patterns and routines, feel less triggered by my children and husband and find the joy in the everyday again.
​
It is now my purpose to guide other Mums through their own journey to regulate their nervous system and find joy and peace in their lives and get from simply surviving to THRIVING!
